This policy explains how Wenzhou Chulian Electric Co., Ltd. (温州触连电气有限公司), based in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China, handles personal information received through this website and related business communications.

When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, work email, company, country or region, phone or WhatsApp number if provided, product category, available part-information type, and the inquiry details you choose to include. To help us review the request, the notification may also include the selected source locale, landing, submit, and origin paths, the form and privacy-policy versions, a normalized external referrer host, and safely shortened UTM source, medium, or campaign values. The server creates a submission ID and capture timestamp after validation. These route and attribution fields are allowlisted context for review, not a claim about how the inquiry was generated.

The first website form does not accept file uploads. Drawings, photos, and other part files are requested later through an agreed business channel and are handled separately. Our hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and response status. The form-protection system uses a one-way hash of the network address for rate limiting; it does not write inquiry text or contact details to the protection file. Short-lived raw access logs may contain the requested path and query string, including controlled origin or UTM values; daily aggregate reports do not retain full query strings or raw log lines.

We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond to you, perform an initial project review, maintain business records, prevent misuse of the form, and improve our sales process. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may rely on responding to your request, steps toward a business relationship, website security, legal obligations, or consent where required.

We do not sell inquiry information. Hosting, email, form-delivery, security, and related providers may process information only as needed to provide those services. Website inquiries are delivered to our business sales mailbox and then reviewed through a controlled internal sales process. We operate in China. If you contact us from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in China and locations used by our hosting, email, or security providers, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

Server access logs are normally retained for no more than seven days. We retain resulting daily aggregate website reports for up to 12 months. Non-customer inquiry records are normally reviewed for deletion or anonymization within 24 months after the last substantive interaction. Information connected with an active project, customer relationship, legal obligation, dispute, or security incident may be retained longer when reasonably necessary. We apply access controls and operational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry, and may object to or withdraw consent for certain processing where those rights apply. We may need to verify your identity and retain limited records where legally or operationally required.

This website does not use client-side analytics scripts, advertising pixels, cookie identifiers, or cross-device tracking. While a page is open, the browser may retain only normalized UTM values, an external referrer hostname, and an allowlisted first-entry route path (originPath) in sessionStorage so that a multi-page inquiry can preserve its source context. The route path is limited to the website's approved page list; no full URL is stored. These values are cleared after a successful submission or when the browser session ends. Inquiry notifications separately contain the validated locale and route context described above; daily reports do not join that context to a person or retain inquiry content. We create limited daily aggregate reports from server access logs to monitor website requests, Contact-page requests, inquiry endpoint responses, server errors, normalized page paths, external referrer hosts, and safely shortened UTM campaign values. Reports do not retain IP addresses, browser identifiers, inquiry text, full query strings, or raw log lines. This policy will be updated before any client-side tracking tools are introduced.
