Custom Electrical Contacts for India OEM Projects

Custom electrical contacts for India OEM projects.

Custom contact rivets, complete contact assemblies and stamped conductive parts, made to your drawing or sample. Production orders generally start at 100 pieces per part number.

Review the closest product family before sharing your part information.

Each family can be developed from a drawing, physical sample, product photo, or application requirement. Standard product names remain stable for specification and BOM comparison.

Show the application before every dimension is known

A relay, switch, contactor, or circuit-breaker application gives the first technical context. A product photo, physical sample, partial drawing, or short description can start the review.

A focused manufacturing and supply partner

Our core team has six years of hands-on electrical contact production and sales experience. We work with overseas buyers on materials, dimensions, manufacturing methods, samples, and inspection needs.

Monthly supply capability: up to 40 million contact pieces and 30 million contact assemblies. Actual output depends on product mix, material availability, tooling, inspection, and production scheduling. Capacity is planned across multiple products, not guaranteed for one part number.

Match the material system to the part

Ag, AgNi, AgSnO₂, AgCdO, Cu, and other specified systems are reviewed against the application, product form, drawing, and destination-market requirements. Material examples are not a universal stock list or unconditional compliance statement.

Move through a defined development path

Requirement clarification, drawing or sample review, preliminary feasibility assessment, sample development, process verification, and final production quotation are handled as connected steps.

  • Clarify the requirement
  • Review the drawing, photo, or sample
  • Assess feasibility and budgetary assumptions
  • Develop and verify the sample
  • Confirm the production specification

Keep inspection matched to the finished part

Dimensional, visual, batch, material, bonding, and application-specific checks are defined for the approved construction. External testing can be coordinated when the part or customer specification requires it.

Plan the first inquiry with practical information

You do not need to prepare a perfect specification before contacting us. Tell us what the part does, what is available, the expected quantity and timing, and which requirement must not change.

Start a technical conversation

When the available information is sufficient, a preliminary feasibility assessment and non-binding budgetary quote can be prepared. Final production pricing follows sample and process verification.

Practical starting answers

What is your MOQ?

Production MOQ is generally 100 pieces per part number per order. Material, structure, tooling, and process determine whether a smaller pilot quantity can be assessed.

Can I start without a complete drawing?

Yes. An application description, photo, physical sample, or partial drawing is a useful starting point. Final feasibility follows technical review.

Can you quote before sampling?

When the available information is sufficient, we can provide a preliminary feasibility assessment and non-binding budgetary quote. Final production pricing follows sample and process verification.

What is the lead time?

Samples typically take 5–10 working days and production generally takes 15–25 working days after the required information, material, tooling, and start conditions are agreed.

Tell us what you need to source, reproduce, or improve.

Tell us which part you need and the quantity you have in mind. You can start with a drawing, sample, photo or application description. We will review the information and outline the next step for sampling or quotation.
