Discuss Your PartTurn your drawing, sample, or photo into a manufacturable part.
We check the part details and recommend the material, construction, finish, and manufacturing route.
Materials, dimensions, finish, and manufacturing route are selected for the part.
Production experience includes Ag, AgNi, AgSnO2, Cu, and other customer-specified contact materials. AgCdO can be reviewed subject to technical and destination-market requirements. We select the final combination for the part, application, manufacturing route, and destination-market requirements.
How Customization Works
Six years of hands-on experience from our core team.
Electrical contact products manufactured by our team have been supplied for projects in India, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
Monthly supply capability: up to 40 million contact pieces and 30 million contact assemblies.
Actual output depends on product mix, material availability, tooling, inspection, and production scheduling. Capacity is planned across multiple products, not guaranteed for one part number.

Material options for the part.
The part, electrical application, and manufacturing process determine the material and finish options.
AgCdO selection is reviewed against the application, customer requirements, and destination-market restrictions.
Move from drawing or sample to repeat production.
We turn the available part details into a sample, verify the process, and prepare for repeat production.

- 01
Send the part details
Tell us what the part does, where it is used, and what you need to source, reproduce, or improve.
- 02
Confirm feasibility
We check the part, application, and key requirements and, when the information is sufficient, give a preliminary feasibility assessment and non-binding budgetary quote.
- 03
Select material and construction
Confirm the contact material, geometry, finish, and assembly features.
- 04
Make the sample
Form, stamp, rivet, weld, or braze the sample using the selected process.
- 05
Verify the process and final price
Check the sample, manufacturing process, inspection plan, and final production quote.
- 06
Approve for production
After written approval, repeat production follows the agreed specification and checks.
We can assess the application, photo, physical sample, or drawing and give a preliminary feasibility assessment and non-binding budgetary quote from the information available. Final production pricing is confirmed after the sample and manufacturing process are verified.
Define inspection before production.
We confirm the dimensional, visual, batch, and application-specific checks used for the part before repeat production.
Material composition, regulatory, metallographic, or application-specific tests can be arranged with qualified third-party laboratories when required for the part or application.

Straight answers for planning a custom part.
Useful starting terms for samples, quantities, timing, and pricing.
What is your MOQ?
Production MOQ is generally 100 pieces per part number per order. Material, structure, tooling, and manufacturing process determine whether a smaller pilot quantity can be considered.
Are samples free?
Individual contact rivet samples are generally free after technical review; international courier freight is paid by the customer. Assembly samples, dedicated tooling, special materials, third-party testing, and repeated sampling are confirmed before work begins.
What is the lead time?
Samples usually take 5-10 working days and production generally takes 15-25 working days. Timing starts once the required information, payment, material, and tooling are ready; complex orders are confirmed separately.
Can you provide a budgetary quote before sampling?
We first check the available drawing, sample, or photo, together with the material assumptions and quantity. When the information is sufficient, we can provide a preliminary feasibility assessment and non-binding budgetary quote. Final production pricing is confirmed after the sample and manufacturing process are verified.
Tell us what you need to make or source.
Tell us what the part does and send any drawing, photo, or sample you have.

What happens next?
- 01We check the inquiry and identify the missing information.
- 02We discuss the application, quantity, timeline, and technical requirements.
- 03We evaluate technical feasibility and, when the information is sufficient, provide a preliminary feasibility assessment and non-binding budgetary quote.
- 04We make and inspect the sample. Individual contact rivet samples typically take about 5-10 working days after technical review and agreed start conditions.
- 05We confirm the final production quote based on the verified sample and agreed specifications.
